Such cool flags

In Old Portsmouth there is a church with no roof it is called The Royal Garrison Church, but every time we are nearby it is not open, according to the information board it was build in 1212.

On this particular day I was at Old Portsmouth the church was open so I rushed in to take a look around, the roofless part is really cool for shadows and contrast, but this inside is just wow, for a tiny church it is so pretty, one of the volunteers told me that the roof and nearly all of the stained glass windows were destroyed during the Second World War, I was so busy talking and looking around that I did not look up and notice the flags that were hanging, these flags were awesome, all are original and from different army regiment dating from the last hundred years, most had some form of damage but were well looked after, I used nearly two rolls of film just on the flags.
